You'll notice that the files are not named, it is just a bunch of Numbers. A trick I do is click on the "Date Modified" Tab near the top so you can delete Old Content from when you were a Noob to new Content you accidentally Downloaded from some dumb server.
Find all the Content you wanna delete and Slowly go through it and Right click on the thing you want to delete and click on "Delete". Pick the one that is Suitable. Last Step! Make sure you empty your Recycling Bin because it is still stored on your computer so it will still use up Space!
