Leadership: Now attracts survivors to fight for you during battles. The higher the skill the more survivors will join you at intervals. High level enemies give you more butter as well. Surgery: Surgery determines the number of hero revivals that you get. To revive is free but once you run out you have to fight as a normal troop. Is determined by surgery skill that you have once you start the battle leveling it up during the battle will not add extra lives to your character.
You don't have to use all of these revives in a row so you can just wait and respawn as a normal troop rather than use another revive.
Persuasion: Makes Sellswords and Shadowers cheaper. Many of the other skills don't affect much for now but here are some that you can use. Dont spend too much on upgrades at first build a defensive force at first and protect your serfs and tower.
Try and kill their serfs when you get a chance they run on the same economic system that you do so if you kill their serfs it will slow them down a lot.
